never ending story

Selesai.

Hari ni sudah 15 November. Dua hari lepas, 13 November pelajar-pelajar ICT ku sudah selesai menjawab soalan peperiksaan ICT. Mujur semua datang. Alhamdullillah.

    huhu…

  4. yep, ada apa nak tanya? tapi rasanya baik kamu concentrate pada paper lain dahulu. tak perlu susah susah fikir jawapan soalan dalam paper ict tu. kenapa tak tanya je cikgu ict kamu? takut ye.. dalam musim peperiksaan masih boleh online lagi..

    nak tnye cikgu ict??
    die x dtg skulah lorhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh..
    kan cuti…
    isk3…

    yah2…
try give me the answer for section B question no 29(a).
which element in the program can be defined as a constant??

  6. firstly, do u understand what is constant? pemalar..nilai yang tak berubah.fixed value. soalan no29 ni mengenai program that convert US Dollar to RM. There are 3 elements in this program (flow chart) – RM amount, USD amount and exchange rate. The first input required are ” Enter amount is USD”. So, this is variable, sebabnya amount tu bergantung kepada nilai USD yang kamu inputkan. Output produced “display amount in RM”. This definitely variable because rely on input u entered.

So, the only answer for this question will be exchange rate.

    erk…
    aiyorrrrrrrrk…
    as far as i know..
exchange rate in currency always change day by day..
    for exmple..
    Yestrday exchange rate 1USD= RM3.54
Today exchange rate 1USD= RM 3.62

    because of its characteristic..
i dont think exchange rate should be declare as a constant..

    any explanation?

  8. i knew u wont sattisfied with my answer. Read the question again and again and look at the flow chart. There are only 3 possible answer – USD amount, RM amount and exchange rate. What do u answer exactly?

If u refer to teaching courseware (CD), the word constant define as a data cointainer that stores information and the value will never change during the course of a program. While variables value may change at any time during the course of a program and its value rely on user’s input.

So, for this question (whats yor name? your school?) the exchange rate is the constant whereas its value will never change during the run time of the program. Got it?

Whatever your answer is, you have sit for the exam and thats why I advice never checked for real answer until you have finished your SPM exam.

Anyway, good luck and dont forget to inform me through this blog your ICT grade. Same goes to other subjects🙂 Hopefully u understand my explanation and if u dont u can ask any ICT teachers especially your school ICT teachers. I think they will give the same answer.

    aiyooooooooork..
    my answer huh?
    secret laaaa…
u can make the conclusion from our dicussion..
and u know my answer looooooorh..

yes..i alredy understand about constant in program development.
it a value that are not changing.

by the way..ever see the program which change currency USD to RM before?
actually, its need an Intrnet conection to update the currency exchange rate MINUTE by MINUTE…
in this case..i dont think is should be constant.
    *Today exchange rate 1USD=3.61

for another example is program which calculate area of triangle..
    it formula is 0.5*height*base..
as u know..the input is height and base…and the constant is value 0.5 or 1/2.
and this is never change day by day and until our death..its still 0.5..
    and need no update..:D

    and know what…
if u make a prposl and send its to Bill Gates about thiz currency change program.
i thnk he will throw thiz program into rubbish.
becoz it constant value in that program (let say)1USD=rm3.7..
then tommorow the currency exchange is 1USD=RM3.5..

    huhuhuh..
even i finish my SPM exam and wait for the answer..
its still write EXCHANGE RATE as a constant.

    huh?
my grade after get my SPM result?
perhaps have a little effect becoz of this question.

btw..i’m KL-ians + Sabahan and now live in kelatn and be kelntanese celup and school at kelantan..
i’m the among first batch of my school who taking ICT.

    by the way…
thanx for the answer and your willingness to answer my question..
    daaaaaaaaa~

  10. Adik mantony91 or azmiy91 or whatever your real name is, you cannot compare the real exchange rate with exchange rate in the question.

Futhermore, the question only show flow chart not the coding itself. Selalunya bila kita tgk coding keseluruhan baru kita faham dengan jelas perjalanan aturcara.

There are some constant yang value nya remain same. Example pie = 3.142. Yang tu memang takkan berubah sampai bila-bila. Ada constant yang berubah ikut situasi semasa. Example discount rate. Bare in mind, the word constant actually refer to value that will never change during the course of a program.

Bukannya jejas masa depan kamu pun hehe.
